Former Member representing Okpe, Sapele & Uvwie Federal Constituency at the National Assembly and one time governorship aspirant in Delta State, Hon. (Chief) Napoleon Gbinije has congratulated former Minister and foremost PDP Chieftain in Delta State, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire on his recent appointment and inauguration as Chairman of Delta State Advisory Council by Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa.
In a press statement made available to media men, Chief Gbinije described Prof. Oyovbaire as a mentor, bridge builder, a man whose wisdom and vast knowledge will help in achieving the stronger Delta Agenda of His Excellency, Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa.
