Edewor Foundation To Commence Computer Training Centres And Also Provide School Buses in Rural Communities.

A Non-profit organization known as Edewor Foundation has roll out plans to kickstart Computer training centres as part of its Adult Literacy and Youth Development initiatives in some selected rural communities of Delta State, Nigeria.
In a speech by its Founder & President, Prof. Rollison Edewor during the 3rd Annual Meeting/Official opening of Ijakpa-Elume study Centre on Sunday 7th, February 2021, the NGO also stated that plans are underway to provide school buses that will convey the elderly and youths to these study centres.
"Today's opening of Ijakpa-Elume center will bring the total numbers of study centres to three (3) within Sapele LGA of Delta State"
"The foundation is also proud to inform the okpe communities of its forthcoming computer training centres to be located at Ugborhen and Ijakpa-Elume as well as a school bus that will operate the Elume to Ikeresan route"
"The Ijakpa-Elume center is the handwork of their daughter in Diaspora, Mrs. Palace Egbedi. A reason to encourage other Communities to support as well"
"I want to admonish and encourage my people to unite under the umbrella of peace, education and progress. Let us push education and development up within the corridors of Sapele LGA and build a society that will attract investors and tourists"
"Let us make Okpe villages safe for travellers and those in the Diaspora who visit home. Let us build together" the statement concluded.
Also speaking, Mrs. Palace Ogbeidi (nee Egbedi) represented by Raphael Egbedi called on all Okpe sons and daughters to join hands with Edewor Foundation to add value to the lives of the youths and indigent adults of Okpe kingdom.
